There is something magical about this village. In many ways. It’s a fact, rather than a statement, that the old wellness resort of Åre has always been attractive in many ways. The beautiful nature with Åreskutan at the fore and the expansive views all around, speak their own language, and create the daily playground we all love.
But what is almost even more remarkable is the incredibly strong business climate that boils in the village. Start-ups and established entrepreneurs are mixed with capital-rich investors and an entrepreneurial spirit called ‘duga’. It is difficult to describe this charming combo, you probably have to experience it for yourself.
100 years ago, the so-called “air guests” made a pilgrimage to Kurortsvägen 20 B. In the top floor of the house was a large room with high ceilings where there was the opportunity for socialising and movie screenings. A room for meeting in. A century later, the large lounge on the 4th floor fulfils the same function again. And of course, both the ceiling paintings and the screen are original.
With 2000 square metres, House Be Åre has everything you are looking for. Permanent desk spaces spread over three floors, three lounges with an event capacity of 100 people, studios (i.e. closed offices) with a view of Renfjället and around 20 meeting rooms of varying sizes. In addition, we have accommodation options; Specifically 14 rooms at Stay by House Be. We also have a sauna of course – maybe we mentioned that?

Your own desk with space for two large screens and your headphones nicely hung on the side. We usually say you can call yourself a "local" with this membership. Generous with meeting hours, membership benefits and discounts.
Do you or your team want to be able to close the door? Do you dream of whistling on the way to work rather than from? With a Studio membership you get access to everything House Be offers. A creative environment with deals closed next to the coffee machine.
You will most likely walk up from the village, passing the vicarage and up the famous “asthma hill” to the hospital. Once up at Kurortsvägen 20, Entrance B (House B -> House Be… get it…?) you will find us. Call the number on the door or open it yourself if you are a member.
If you come by car from the East, turn right off the E14 up towards Hälsocentralen / Tott Hotel. Take the immediate left when you turn off the E14 and then up the hill and take the first right. House Be is then in front of you!
